No. You have the legal right to choose your own repairer, whoever you are insured with. Just tell your insurer you want Carsmetics and we will handle the claim and the repair for you.
Do you offer a free courtesy car?
Yes. We can provide a free courtesy car so you stay on the road while we work on yours, subject to availability.
How much will my repair or respray cost?

Do you repair panels or replace them?
We repair wherever we safely can, to keep your bill down. Where a panel is beyond repair we replace it, using dealer, insurance-approved or quality used parts to suit your budget.
